The most probable reasons for malfunction of the trading software?
If you cannot connect the trading terminal to the server of the trading platform (no quotes, charts, login window, etc.) please make certain that:
you are connected to the Internet (there is a corresponding sign in the right corner of your screen, web-pages can be opened in the Internet-browser, etc.)
the online-trading software has correct settings for Internet-connection – you may find the information for proxy-server connections in the manual for "iTrader"
We would like to remind you that in case you cannot make a deal through the electronic trading platform in your live trading account you can contact the Dealing Department on the phone and execute any operations with your trading account, after saying your login and telephone password.
